Since its foundation in 2016, Alivia Health’s mission has been Patients First, committed to delivering high-quality pharmacy services to patients across Puerto Rico. At the core of Alivia’s mission is its founder and CEO, Hari Sabnani, a Puerto Rican CPA and seasoned healthcare and financial executive. The goal was to ensure that every patient, regardless of geography or circumstance, could access the therapies they need with dignity, efficiency, and compassionate care. With over 550+ employees, including more than 40+ pharmacists, and 100% access to health insurance through Alivia Specialty Pharmacy, the company continues to expand its impact across the island. Driven by a commitment to service excellence, Alivia holds accreditations from prestigious organizations such as URAC and ACHC. It is the only specialty pharmacy in Puerto Rico that holds dual distinction by the ACHC in Oncology, Rare Diseases and Orphan Drugs and has been W Certified Company since 2023.
